Ever since the begining of its foundation SIMAN LTD has included in its activity sales and engineering in the field of hydraulic drives. Our activity develops in three directions:

1. Sale of hydraulic elements and parts from Bulgarian producers;
2. Complex deliveries of hydraulics for distinct type machines, including elaboration and delivery of specialized blocks, assemblys and cylinders;
3. Consultations according to the specifications of our costumers.

We can offer to our costumers the following hydraulic elements :

1. Hydraulic gear pumps:

    

• Type 0 - with geometric capacity from 0,25 to 1,25 cm²/ rev and maximum pressure 16 Mpa;
• Type 1 - with geometric capacity from 1 to 6,3 cm²/ rev and maximum pressure up to 25 Mpa;
• Type 2 - with geometric capacity from 4,5 to 22 cm²/ rev and maximum pressure up to 25 Mpa;
• Type 3 - with geometric capacity from 16 to 45 cm²/ rev and maximum pressure up to 25 Mpa.
2. Hydraulic cylinders - pistons and plungers:
• Diameter of the piston ( plunger) from 25 to 160 mm;
• Pressure - up to 25 Mpa;
• Stroke - up to 2500 mm;
• Geometry - according to the costumers schemes.

We have been producing hydraulic cylinders for more than 10 years,which experince is one of our assets that we offer you.      

3.      Hydraulic "G - rotor" motors:

• Geometric capacity from 12 to 680 cm²/rev;
• Pressure - up to 21 Mpa;
• Valves for motors.

4.     Hydraulic electromagnetic way valves:

• Nominal bore - 6 and 10 mm;
• Pressure - up to 32 Mpa;
• Tension of the coils - 12V, 24V and 36V DC;
• 110V and 220V AC.

5.      Hydraulic valves:

• Sandwich montage with nominal bore - 6 and 10 mm;
• Cartridge montage;
• Plate montage.

6.      Hydraulic manual directional control valve:

• Nominal pressure - up to 25 Mpa;
• Nominal flow - 40, 80 and 120 l /min.

The long experience we have in the field of the hydraulic drive allow us to supply a complete set hydraulics for a given type machine.
